Time to give my PC a rebuild

I ordered myself a copy of Windows XP Media Center Edition, and it’s due to arrive in the post today. :)

It’s been a long long time since I last reformated my PC, but I think it really could do with one.
It’ll take me a few hours to backup everything, and a few hours to get over the few items that I forgot about hehe.

All going well, I’ll be back online shortly. Worst case scenario, my PC will go into meltdown, and you’ll only ever hear of me through rumours. I’ll become a myth!

    It works it works!

So far so good, PC is back up and running! :)

A lot better too I might add, everything is so quick now.
I decided to do a whole full on spring clean whilst I was at it, so I flashed my motherboards bios to the latest version too.
Decided to try a few new utilities, Norton Internet Security has gone out the window, and I’m now using Windows OneCare. So far I’m very impressed!

Now I just need to reinstall everything. Be back in a few months… >_<

Nice job, Windows Media Center Edition is great for streaming to our Xbox 360s :)
