Three Lions still marching on!
Some might say poor performance, but you have to put things into perspective. We are England, we’re crap at everything.
We don’t have much skill, we don’t have much flair. But we have a bit of grit, a bit of determination and that sometimes makes the difference.
When Man U were 1-0 down in the champions league final, they played awful. Worst performance ever, but you know, that’s to be expected, they’re an English team. We are after all crap at everything. Just don’t rule out that they’ll bang two in during stoppage time. 
When Liverpool were 3-0 down in the champions league final, they played awful. Worst performance ever, but hey, they are an English team after all. Just don’t rule out Gerrard inspiring them to go on and win it.
We can’t help but play crap at times. England have never ever gone to a tournament and out played everyone, that’s not even feasible. Heck, we even play worse against the lesser teams. We need to come up against the likes of Argentina or Germany to really get us kick started.
Yes we’re looking average at times, but we’re getting the points the only way we know how.
We’re through to the next round. Rooney is back. Crouch is still scoring. Beckham is still planting the ball on Crouch’s head. Gerrard is banging them in. Joe Cole is taking them on. Lennon is on fire. Terry is clearing it off the line.
We’re not pretty, but we’re still here and we still believe!
The only thing I agree with is this is here:

England is certainly not crap, although it was a horrid match to watch! Hopefully now we can get Rooney match fit during the Sweden match.
