Progress at the Gym

Some of you might remember that 3 months and 1 week ago, I said it was time to get back in shape!

I haven’t said much else on the matter since then, but don’t worry, I have been working on it!
My gym membership may be burning huge holes in my pockets, but it’s certainly burning a lot of calories too. Since joining the gym 3 months ago, my weight has gone from 13 stone to 12 stone! :)

I’m in much better shape and feel a whole lot fitter. To coincide with my workouts I’m also now eating a lot healthier, trying my best to have my 5 a day. Junk food has been kept to a bare minimal, and even whilst on holiday in Hvar I ordered salads at some of the restaurants! Yes, me, salad! :D
