It took her a little longer, but she can swim now. My only advice would be to relax and continue to be patient. Don't be nervous or embarrassed, different people click at different times but I've no doubt at all that you'll click soon enough. I find swimming on my back is the best way to float, but I learnt to swim the breast stroke first. As you've only had your 2nd lesson, bare with it. It took me more lessons than that to get going.
