Gym Results - September 25th 2006
As you may have read earlier, I joined the gym in April this year and in July I updated my blog with news of my steady progress. Although I’ve not mentioned the gym since, I have been working away and I’ve even learnt to swim!
Whilst in the pool one day during a lesson with my wonderful instructor Heidi, we started discussing my workout program in the gym and also my diet. She was able to offer me some good tips and will be revamping my workout program every 6 weeks to keep it fresh and more importantly, challenging.
Not only that but she told me that the gym has the facility to take my body readings and let me know exactly how much fat I have. I booked myself an appointment and now the results are in! Though they’re not ideal but I’m generally happy with them. I had thought they’d be worse so I’m not disappointed by any means. I only wish I’d had these readings done when I first joined the gym, I’m certain the difference from then and now would be gargantuan!
Anyhow, to cut a long story short, I’ve made a spreadsheet with all my bodystat info and will continue to keep this updated each time I have my readings taken. To see how I’m doing, click here to view the spreadsheet.
